Wrap echo into a textarea using PHP -

Can anyone tell me why this is not working?

I have used echo to create a form around the result:

  echo "[$ key:] $ value"; Echo "[$ of:] 
";  

Try to capture this on a text so that I can submit the result to a new page, when I do this, this page appears blank ....

  "; } Echo & lt; / Textarea & gt; & Lt; / Form & gt; '? & Gt;  

Ideal would have to like it:
