If all types of applications can be developed in CMS such as Doppl, then why do we use such structures like Symphony?
Not all types of applications can be created using CMS. CMS actually builds those applications Which are not primarily related to content management. But the term "content" is suited for many applications for CMS.
I was contracted once to create a blog aggregation item in Drupal. This was not the right device and recently I have also created a mobile phone application in Drupal. I would have done it in the rail.
