asp.net ajax - ScriptResource.axd 404 not found -

I have this webpage 3.5 is in 3.5, using MS Ajax and jQuery UI. It works well at the local level, but when I publish it on the Stating Server it returns a 'Sys' undefined javaScript error. Furhter probe, I found that .xd files have not been loaded and it has a 404 is. I have checked the web. Configure and I have the necessary entries under it. I googled and read every post and can not find a solution for it. Is there anyone who has played a proliferation this way? I was settled in with IIS 6 with my server. It has been done to ensure that there is IIS 6 in it. System.web section (different for IIS7).
