Extra Pascal allows you to use Extra JS from server-issued object Pascal commands. It brings the structure and hard syntax of the object pascal to the web browser for programming. Ext Pascal draws 2D to a future release.

Update:
Just found some great open source projects, which are similar to the two options: it converts. Password for Java but it can also work with plain .dfm files, and can use seamlessly for UI layers. The demos are impressive.
