Google Analytics tracking not working in OOB SL4 app using Microsoft Silverlight Analytical Framework -

I am using my Silverlight Google Action Tracking, although I can not seem to work it out of browser / offline I am there and there is very little information about it in the wild.

I run Fiddler and can see the hit, however, when my app is offline or OOB is running, then tasks are never shown in Fideleller or GA results.

According to the .chm file, I

There are various tracking actions (code and xaml) in my app.xaml. As I mentioned, the action is definitely being tracked properly in the GA, when not the OOB.

Where the ob is running (I am connected 24/7) the data is stored or is it stored locally and then sent from time to time?

How can I test it or can it work?
