c++ - Trying to install boost libraries, not working? -

I download the file where says 'download now':

When I unzip, there is a small .exe file, I run it (and also in the form of administrator), a command prompt pops up and disappears instantly.

Yet everywhere I have read that I should get a license agreement etc.

I on Win 7 64?
