Sony has demonstrated a very good technique in Siggraph 2010, where an object was displayed on "LCD LCD" So that it can be seen from all directions in 3D without the use of special glasses.
It is very good, but in the performance movie I saw something which caught my eye. In order to display a 360 degree image, they will have to generate 360 pictures (one degree separately) of the object they want to show. Sony is capable of isolating 360 images with only 8 (different from 45 degree).

I was looking for allocation for such moth / algorithm and I would be very happy to know whether there is a paper on this subject

This movie is misleading about what's happening extremely . Sony Remoder is not an 'autostroscopic' display, it is a full big display generated from a high speed rotating LED array. The device requires all 360 images, from 8 images to 360 in device.
The business of the 8 camera is just a standard passive multiwitch steerio setup that is different from the remodeler. There are literally hundreds of papers on the subject, see
If you wanted to solve the problem, it is called "light field interpolation" and you can read about it in Atal and Mount in this letter. ,
