Android - Execute action when phone is locked -

I want to know how I can execute some action, or the sensor or battery replacement incidents when the phone is off Can continue listening. (When the phone is locked, listening to the sensor changes stops.)

I have tried Wyklox, but I do not do it (maybe I'm using it wrong).

Any help would be appreciated.
