How do I start contributing to GNOME? -


How do I start contributing to the genome? I can program in C ++ and Python, but never touched. I am not even familiar with GTK.

To be honest, I do not know how GNOME works. I have a deep desire to contribute for some way.

Where do you start? Any tutorials, mailing lists or anything else I'm ready to work hard, I need a direction.

PS: I could score goals for this problem, but in whatever experience I have seen, there is nothing in it, because most questions in Google

    1. Learning C and GTK
    2. Source code
    3. Browse through a bug tracker
    4. Fix this and submit a patch
    5. Wait for the rose and glory

      2. Design / Artwork
      3. Technology Documentation (review, proofread )
