I have read in a review that you can use VS integrated shell using VS Can use the SapphireSteel Amethyst plugin with express versions. Shell integration has never been used individually, so how does Sanyon have to go about doing so?
Amethyst is a VS package (due to the implied restrictions of VS Express, installed in VS Express Can not be done). It can be installed in VS Shell, however.
