I need Oracle Form Builder 6.0. (Report also)

Oracle Form 6.0 is rather primitive. Unfortunately, Oracle does not make software available to the old.
If you are actually licensed for Form 6.0 and your support contract is in progress, you can try logging on to the service request. A support representative may be able to get a stored copy of the software that can be sent to you.
