In Java is Permanent Generation space garbage collected? -

I have read that the para-general (or permanent generation) location does not accumulate garbage. However, in the CMS collection, I can see some classes loaded in my GC log. So what is the complete sequence or collector garbage collected during CMS collection?

Garbage is collected like permjen other, some parts of the heap

Meditation here The thing to give is that permGen includes meta-data of squares and objects ie Points are also class-loaders in the permangement where the objects are allocated in the rest of the pile, which are manually destroyed at the end of their use and they live in memory and also keep reference to their objects on the heap.
