web services - PHP webservice SOAPClient error -

I have a webserivce and are just talking simple to call webservice in SOAP client

Ie

$ client = New Soap Client ("http://test.unistream.com/wcflib/service.svc?WSDL");

SOAP-Error: Parsing WSDL: 'IWebService_GetCountries_InputMessage' is already defined
