wss 3.0 - sharepoint central adminstration login error " cannot complete this action please try again." -

I put SharePoint 2007 on Windows Server 2008 alone and then I install WSS 3.0 SP2. But after installing wss 3.0 sp2, I can not be able to get an error in Sharepoint Central Admin website:

This action can not be completed.

Did you run the configuration wizard after installing the service pack? This is necessary unless you have access to your site until the wizard runs successfully.
