I am thinking about how Google Analytics saves cookie data in a database to report to Google Analytics via Google Analytics?
I can not see any references for a script or URL where the data is being saved like DB
Any ideas?

That script has references to a GIF if a hidden If GIF is added to the page, its URL can have a query string (such as an HTTP GET) with all the data.
When the page requests the image, the data is sent back to Google
that file is compacted, but the image can be created by making the image:
