Is there an option or an addin for the team foundation server that will be able to search the 'Find in files' style in the repository ?
The issue is that the source code is not stored in the "file" on the server, it is stored in a few tables as a series of rows.
You can get power tools in which there are some additional search features but there is still no "Search in file" type.
Or, if you have enough space on the local drive then you can get the latest on everything and use "search in file" in VS, where you search instead of solution / project To choose a directory.
