I have created a WPF desktop application and have tried to deploy it successfully without Vista. The application scans and uploads data to a web service on the Internet. Any exceptions should be logged in using NLog on a hard drive. When I run the application while trying to send the data to the web service, it exits the errors. If I run it as an administrator then it works fine. I have tried many things but nothing seems to work NLL does not log exceptions so it is difficult to say what is happening. Any direction will be greatly appreciated.
