I found these days in the same nightmare and none of the solutions found is not working for me. I tried this link and Capsol command VS. Not found near the command line, and the names of the files did not work either.
So, today I just decided to remove the backup first!) v2.0.50727 located in the #: \ Documents and Settings \ user user \ application data \ Microsoft \ CLR Security Configuration and Voila! V.S. Have to debug again.
