If I think that the first three to seven are the sources of the record then 3 should go in the charge and the fourth record will have to go again.

One way to achieve this result is to
I use a sequence change to generate a series of numbers (1 Starting with, increases with 1 ..).
Then I keep the line of the table row in one of the three rows based on this sequence number (modern (3, 3)). Results will be in 0,1 or 2. These three groups are for router.
