internet explorer - Display Jquery UI Dialog on current mouse position, bug in IE 8 -

I am fixing the jaguarious UI dialog and its functioning in FF / Chrome / Opera but there is some problem with IE, I I'm doing the latest version of JQuery UI 1.8.5 and ways to determine all the positions: Absolute etc. are not working at all,

What do I need if my anchor tag is near the end of the browser window Is not enough and the UI dialogue window should appear in place So, IE shows to bring vertical bar down, the user has to scroll a lil bit to see UI dialog, it just before working in FF and Chrome.

What am I seeing to meet on this?
