ruby on rails - Rail3 - Browser is asking for a username & password when not signed in -

Recently, my tracks3op had begun asking usernames and passwords through a browser prompt while loading a homepage And did not sign in. ..

  & lt;% = javascript_include_tag: all ,: cache = & gt; True% & gt;  

I was able to determine that this issue is a line raising. If I remove it, then it does not happen.

Thoughts? Have you seen it before?
