Is it possible to generate an ADMX file by mapping in compile (schema, conceptual, mapping) and code and in C # is? Note - I have used Admin and Admin 2 who reads from the database to create ADMX. I want to pass in specific item metadata without pointing to a database.

Why not use it? This is essentially the code that does the first; It inspects the PCO CLR type in your project and makes concrete / archiving / mapping compatible by the conference. You can also configure those conventions through the lien code API.
When you first rotate the DBCTNtex code, you can get XML-based EDMX (if you really need it) as a result through a method.
If you do not want to code yourself before creating a database, you can close it.
