How to encode MP3 in MPEG primary audio file? I want to stream an MP3 audio file from the web server to the iPhone. According to the procedure shown in Apple Documents,
They say that the Media Encoder indicates real time from an audio-video device, encodes the media, and it comes out for transport. Now my suspicion is how to encode a media file? For example, if the MP3 audio file is there, then I have to encode it into the MPEG primary audio file. How to achive it ?? help please.
